Owner & Operator

ProxyBridge is owned and operated by Yuvraj Singh.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, activating, accessing, or using ProxyBridge (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Software License

ProxyBridge is licensed, not sold. A valid license grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for permitted personal or business workflows.

3. Activation & License

ProxyBridge may require activation and license verification. Activation information must not be shared, transferred, bypassed, or duplicated.

4. Permitted Use

You may use ProxyBridge for supported media and proxy-management workflows with compatible applications and files you are authorized to access.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, crack, bypass activation, remove licensing protections, or distribute unauthorized copies.

6. Third-Party Software & Services

ProxyBridge may interact with third-party software such as DaVinci Resolve. Those products remain subject to their own terms and licenses.

7. User Responsibility & Data

You are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring that you have appropriate rights to use your media and third-party software.

8. Updates & Changes

ProxyBridge may receive bug fixes, compatibility updates, or feature changes.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable purchase platform’s refund policy and applicable consumer laws.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyBridge is provided “as is” and “as available.”

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuvraj Singh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Software.

13. Termination

A license may terminate following a material breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
